Obituary:
Pearl McCormick

Mrs. Pearl E. McCormick, 93, Bonell Good Samaritan Center, died there Sunday, Jan. 22. She was born Dec. 12, 1884, in Harrison County, Mo.

She was married to James McCormick June 6, 1908, at Bethany, Mo. He died June 16, 1949.

They came to Greeley from Fort Morgan in 1932. Her family had moved to Colorado in a covered wagon and homesteaded north of Wray in 1906. She had also taught school before her marriage.

She was member of the Christian Science Church.

Survivors are a son, Alva J. McCormick of Casper, Wyo; four sisters, Mrs. Josie Osmus of Wray; Mrs. Elizabeth Haun and Mrs. Ida Doty of Greeley; Mrs. Sylvia Patch of Hayward, Calif.; a brother, Gabriel Bell of Kersey; six grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

A daughter, Eva Leis, died in 1972.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the Macy Allnutt Drawing room.

Interment will be in Linn Grove Cemetery.
