I want to thank everyone who went on the fieldtrip after the Honey Onyx, as well as those who helped in any way with the Grab Bag Fill (tickets, rocks, food, etc…). I feel like these both were a success.

We are having a few weeks break before our next meeting at the Steak Fry, so lets not forget Wheel & Door Prizes plus other things needed for the show.

Lets all try to follow up on things discussed at our last 2 meetings, that need to be done to get ready for our show.

Subject: Minutes for June 2000
Place: Grab Bag Fill (Woods House)
Time: June 10th 2000

The meeting was called to order by President Darrell Bolinder at the Rock Bag Fill. He thanked everyone for coming out. We filled 1500 bags plus got a lot of prizes made for the Wheel and for Rock Bag.

Darrel said we will need more bags sewn up as our supply is running low. Jay said he would contact Dorothy Imlay to see if she would make some.

It was moved & seconded that a donation of $500 for prize money for the Indian Pow Wow, which is held in conjunction with our show, it was then approved.

It was moved & seconded that George & Maxine McKeller who provide space to store our trailers be invited as guests to our Steak Fry in August, this was approved. Jay & Earla said they would take care of this.

The meeting was then adjourned.

Get Well Soon:
Maxine Bolinder is having some health problems & is seeing a doctor.

Dixie Salm was in an auto accident on June 13th & had to be life flighted to the University Hospital. She was sent home the next day & I hear she doing better.

There were a few other members mentioned at the last fieldtrip, but sense I didn’t write it down I promptly forgot them (sorry!!!). We wish everyone with health problems a speedy recovery.

Help With The Newsletter!!!:
I will probably be going down south with my mom this winter and I will be needing help. I need someone that I can e-mail the newsletter up to, or I may pick up a laser printer (I don’t know if a laser printer is as economical as a copy shop) & do it all myself, or if someone can handle getting the newsletter copied & mailed please let me know. I’m telling you now so we can get everything set up before October. If you can help e-mail me. I will be gone for the month of July, but will be checking my e-mail.
