The real estate was valued at $4,000 and personal property at $1,800. 160 acres fenced; 320 not fenced; $4,000 value of farm; $50 of machinery; the 160 acres fenced were by rail fence; 40 acres of corn planted; 20 acres of prairie pasture; 80 acres of blue grass; 300 pounds of butter made; 15 horses; 6 mules and asses; 13 milk cows; 4 swine; $150 of animals slaughtered or sold for slaughter; 1 dog.
