1870 Missouri Census of Morris Township, Carroll County shows Tabithaas head of household with another family Evan Owen (age 27), Aramenta(14), Mary (27?), Cyrus (11), Lavina (9), and Tabitha (?). It would appear that this is the family of Tabitha's daughter Mary.

1860 Missouri Census of Morris Township shows James A. and would appear (l)itha Lewis with children from William H to Sarah C. as well as Ewing Owens (age 17) and ?Lamont? Owens (age 10).

Tallitha married James A. LEWIS, son of Unknown LEWIS and Unknown. (James A. LEWIS was born about 1811 in Tennessee,⁵⁵ died before 6 May 1863 and was buried in Coloma Cemetery, Carroll County, Missouri.)
