MRS. LEILA Chapman \endash Memphis for 45 Years Fatally Stricken \endash Mrs. Leila Chapman, who lived at died on the way to St. Joseph Hospital after having a heart attack at noon yesterday. She was 69. Services will be at 2 tomorrow afternoon at Memphis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park. Born in Smithland, Ky., Mrs. Chapman had lived in Memphis for 45 years. He husband, Neil C. Chapman, died in 1945. She was a member of the Dellwood Baptist Church. She also leaves two sons, , and six grandchildren.
