Ursula Boice Chapman, 95, of Salt Lake City, died January 21, 1991 in Salt Lake City.
She was born April 16, 1895 in Durango, Colorado to Shade and Viola Bell Hawkins Boice. She married George Graham Chapman on June 7, 1916 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died November 21, 1968.
She spent her early years and was educated in Manassa, Colo. and lived in Riverside, Calif. prior to moving to Salt Lake City in 1972. She has lived with her daughter in Boise for the past three years. She was an active member of the LDS Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Marjorie Stanger, Boise, Idaho; a son, ; 12 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two sisters, . She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mildred Carter, and a son, Clayton Chapman.
Funeral services will be Thursday, January 24, 1991 at 1 p.m. at the MacKay Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, where friends may call Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and Thursday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Salt Lake City Cemetery.
