Local News

Brother George Atkins died at his home in this city last Tuesday morning of heart diesease. He had been in poor health for some time before his death and his end had been expected by most of his friends. George Atkins was well known in this city and county, ** he was one of the early settlers of this county, having come to Tooele city with his parents in 1851. He took a very active part in Church and other affairs all his life long, and at his death was the senior president of the 43rd qurom of Seventies.
